Which is the best side. 8 team standard scoring with 1QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE).
Team 1 (3-6, 1 game behind 4th place for playoff spot) QB: Flacco RB: Rice, Peterson, McGahee, Charles, Redman WR: Andre Johnson, Vincent Jackson, DeSean Jackson, Bowe, Floyd, Hartline TE Vernon Davis, Celek D/ST: Chargers K: Barth
Team 2 (7-1-1, has playoff spot) QB: Brady, Luck RB: Forte, Martin, Mathews, Jonathan Stewart WR: Harvin, Cobb, Lloyd, Torrey Smith, Lance Moore, Antonio Brown TE: Graham, Gates D/ST: Texans K: Janikowski
I would say Team 2 would have the most roster improvement from this trade, given they still have a viable Qb but upgrade essentially, their flex spot, with Peterson.

Seems like a pretty even trade in my eyes. Team 1 gets a much-needed upgrade at QB and a bit of RB depth (although I'm not high on Matthews), while Team 2 gets a substantial downgrade at QB but a perhaps equal upgrade at FLX.
If I was Team 2, I would hardball a bit and offer only Brady for Peterson (at least at first), knowing Team 1 badly needs a QB upgrade.
