Trade: HARVIN FOR NELSON STRAIGHT UP?

Im in a 10 man non ppr league.
My team:
QB: Matt ryan
RB: Foster, Peterson, Ridley, Stewart, P.Thomas.
Wr: C.Johnson, Harvin, Hartline, Moore, Young
TE: Hernandez
D/st: Dallas Cowboys(based on matchup)

Do I trade Harvin straight up for Nelson. Ponder is struggling, Harvin is hurt then heading into a bye. Nelson is hurt too but I think he will be okay after this bye week. What are your thoughts?
