Trade RB for WR Question

My team is a standard league, CBSSports 12 team league. Since we play 3 WRs, they are difficult to come by. You can see from my team below that I have plenty of solid RBs (well, plenty may be overstating it..)

QB: Matt Ryan
RB: Jamaal Charles
RB: LeSean McCoy
RB: Frank Gore
RB: Mikel LeShoure
RB: LeGarette Blount
WR: Hakeem Nicks
WR: Eric Decker
WR: Cecil Shorts
WR: Steve Johnson (Questionable)
WR: Alshon Jeffrey (injured)
TE: Heath Miller
K: Lawrence Tynes
DST: Chicago


I have one offer on the table... McCoy for Brandon Marshall. My worry is Alshon Jeffrey coming back.. and McCoy being worth way more than Marshall.

I have another offer to trade Gore for Miles Austin.


Are either one of these trades I should make or should I keep on looking? The first guy is SUPER weak at RB and the second guy is just weak.

I offered 2 trades and unless someone yells STOP!!! I'll keep them un-withdrawn I could go with Mikel, but I'm sure they won't go that route, they are FF players that look for long-term stats instead of more recent stats (which is good for Charles, bad for LeShoure)

Got Brandon Marshall. Decent trade, IMO, even though he can be sporadic... so can Charles. Big upside for both.
