I am in the same boat. My gut is almost telling me to start him due to Jacksonville D being bad , and didn't Ballard start the last time Brown came back before he got injured? Browns knee can't be 100% either... I can bench Ballard in favor of Torrey Smith, or questionable Percy Harvin.
