WR question...WHIR

I'm in a .5 PPR and trying to decide between Torrey Smith and Denarius Moore as my WR2. (Megatron is my WR1, so if he doesn't play for whatever reason, this question is moot.)

I think the Raiders will throw a lot, so Moore seems like the safer bet. However, I'm also starting Carson Palmer and Brandon Myers this week, so while I like the potential for production, I'm wary of putting so many eggs in one basket. Who's the play here?

(My other QB and TE options are Phil Rivers and Dustin Keller, if either of those sound like they would help.)

i like the rivers vs tampa match up. like i said in other posts palmer put up 400+ last week against them. and i dont think palmer will have the same success against the ravens. i do like moore however. he will get in the endzone this week. as far as TE dont know about that call. dont like anything about the Jets passing game and palmer isnt hitting the TE as much. i would flip a coin
