Should I hold off or search for a replacement? I've been using the Raiders TE for now.

Concerned? Yes. Should you replace him? Depends on the cost. Lots of teams get little production from their TE; it's not the deepest position, even in a year where there have been a lot of surprisingly respectable waiver adds (Rudolph, Bennett, etc.). It won't kill you to be weak there, in other words, so I while I might shop Hernandez+1 for a replacement+1 deal to see if there's something worthwhile available, I wouldn't break the bank and create holes elsewhere on what seems to be an otherwise solid roster.

I could probably get Witten for A. Hernandez + Bowe but I'm not sure if I want that deal or not.
