Return to Commissioner's Corner

A guy in my league (which i am the commisioner) has dropped Darren McFadden late on sunday so he could pick up and play Jeremy Kerley (I dont know why he had Reggie Wayne riding his bench).
This guy is 0-9 and is well out of the playoff race. Should I (as commissioner) allow him to drop McFadden? I have emailed him to ask him his logic behind the move.
In my eyes DMC when healthy is a top 10 RB, he has a high ankle sprain which may well limit the rest of his season but IMO with 5 weeks left of our regular season game the 1st round pick shouldn't be allowed to be dropped regardless of the reason (especially since the owner is out the playoffs)

If given a REALLY good reason I'd let him do it, but I doubt that there is such a reason. If he was to trade him, for a decent trade it'd be a different story.
Imo, No.

0-9? Sounds like the guy really doesn't know what he's doing. Let the drop stand, he'll either learn from the mistake, or continue being a dumbass. And you can't fix stupid...so don't bother trying.
