What is a fair offer for Jennings? WHIR

The last place guy in my 14-team PPR league has Greg Jennings on his bench. Obviously he doesn't have a ton of value with his injuries but I'm interested in picking him up because a) the league is super deep and I don't have a lot of depth at WR and b) I have James Jones so his value will go down if Jennings ends up coming back strong. I am tied for 1st place so I'm looking towards the playoffs right now where Jennings might contribute.

Thanks for the help with mine.

Maybe a package with Weeden (in case he hates Eli) and Gibson. Maybe play up that Browns are playing some of the best run defenses coming up and they should be throwing it.
