Unless there is cheating or collusion there should not be a veto - let owners play as they see fit, not up to other owners to determine what is "fair"

That is a bad trade on paper. Would help to see both rosters to understand possibly why such a deal was proposed and accepted as is. Like stomperrob mentioned above you need proof of either collusion or cheating to validate a trade vetoed completely.
