If you want to keep Jones, just start Green Ellis at RB and Sidney Rice at Flex. Rice has actually been playing well this year.
Since it's PPR, I might prefer Rice in your lineup with Jones than Leshoure in your lineup with Nelson. So no, I wouldn't make the trade.

EDIT: Forgot about Rice's bye, so yes make the trade. Because then you can start Leshoure, Morris, BGJE, Nelson. If you don't make the trade you'll have to start Morris, Jones, BJGE, and a backup RB. It's all about this week if it's win or die.

Not sure on the injury status of Nelson for this week's game but regardless if you make this trade you will need a WR to fill in for Rice's BYE. I like Leshoure and you need a RB to compliment Morris till Murray returns (not sold on BJGE as a #2 starter). I would only make the trade if you can find a viable WR replacement either through another trade or out of free agency.

I WOULD agree with the first reply if Rice didnt have a bye this week. Leshoures a solid back and I know you're just thinking of this week for now, but I think this trade is a good long-term deal for you if you make it in. when Demarco comes back you'll have 3 starting backs. In a 14 team league, I doubt theres much on the waiver wire, but check out who gets the most targets of the available receivers. BJGE is not a bad flex play this week since hes going up against the Chiefs, who might be the worst team in football right now, so a 3rd WR might not be necessary.
