Decker + Andre Brown for DMC? WHIR

Postby munstermann » Tue Nov 13, 2012 4:55 pm

Ok So, two weeks ago I offered Leshoure + Calvin Johnson for DMC

Then DMC and Antonio Brown got high ankle sprains... so I offered Calvin Johnson for DMC + Antonio Brown

Now Big Ben is down so Antonio Brown's value takes a hit so I'm offering Decker + Andre Brown for DMC. Do you think this is worth it for me? I'm really just hoping DMC's awesome playoff schedule pays off for me. I'm stacked at WR which is why I feel comfortable making this trade. I have Trent Richardson, Leshoure, Brown, Starks as RB's and CJ, Wayne, Decker and Hartline as WR's.

Thoughts?

id think youd be able to get a healthier option at RB for what you are offering.

I think you are offering too much for DMC based on playoff schedule. Plus the fact that high ankle sprains take a long time to heal for a RB that relies on cutbacks and jukes to offset defenders. Unless the other owner is desperate for a WR I see no reason to offer one up in a deal for an injured RB that has disappointed in the production department to date.

Post the DMC owner's roster and maybe a more lucrative deal can be proposed for acceptance.

No way. Don't make that trade. Especially with Bradshaw's "battery of tests" coming up. Brown could really gain a lot of value.
