So for my flex position, I currently have Mikel LeShoure in... But I picked up Reece 2 weeks ago, and I benched him last week because a) Oakland was up against Ravens and b) I wanted to see what he could do, and it seems as though, with McFadden out, he's gonna be the #1. I'm wondering, since Oakland is against the Saints this week, if people think it'd be a good idea to put in Reece instead of LeShoure for my flex spot.
I could also put in Reece instead of either Felix Jones or Dez Bryant for my other flex position, but Dallas is against Cleveland, so I think it'd be smart to keep them both in (it certainly worked in my favor keeping them both in last week against the Eagles). All I know is, I'm definitely not dropping CJ Spiller for Reece, and I'm definitely not dropping either Julio Jones or Randall Cobb for Dez Bryant.
I'm in a 12 team league, non-PPR. Every 10 yards rec = 1 point, every 10 yards rushing = 1 point, a rec or rush TD = 6 points, -2 for fumbles.
Oakland is going to get blown out, thus they are not going to run the ball a lot. Reece does catch passes, but it's not PPR. I'd go Leshoure because he's the better player.
i disagree. i dont think the raiders will get blown out. the saints are possibly the worst defense in the NFL. and yes you can put up a 100 points a game but if your opponet puts up 101 its no good. its going to be a shoot out and with the way palmer has been playing they will hang tough. reece is a very good receiver out of the back field plus he will still get his touches in the begginning of the game. go with him over leshoure and keep everybody else the same. thanks for the help on mine
Reece. As long as DMC and Goodson are definitely out.
Not only did Reece dominate the backfield in touches, but also led the team in targets last week. Outside of Mikel's first game and one half a couple weeks ago, he hasn't had much going on. Plus, Bell has proven to jump in and steal some touches, although this was not the case last week.
