Week 11 Defense help

I would like to pickup a defense this week. The most notable options that are available in my league are:

Atlanta (vs Ari)
Cincinnati (@ KC)
St. Louis (vs NYJ)
Washington (vs Phi)
Tampa Bay (@ Car)

It's a pretty good chance I won't get a shot at the top couple of choices because I'm ranked last on the waiver wire. In what order would you rank these options.

Atlanta, Cincy, Tampa, St. Louis, Washington IMO

No AWFUL options there, at least

I'd go Atlanta, but the Bengals should also do well.
