I'd go Alfred Morris hands down. Morris has proven himself a second-tier running back in this league. And by second tier I'm talking
tier 1 = Rice, Foster, McCoy, AP. So tier 2 puts him up there with Martin, Spiller, Richardson, and Gore. Not shabby company. I would never bench him.
Steven Jackson looked better this weekend for sure. I mean, the guy was a wild man vs. SF. And I don't mean by how well he played. I mean just plain ol' wild. How about the play when his helmet got knocked off, and he continued to run like a pissed off stalion amidst 6 or 7 guys all around him. That's just plain wild. Anyways, I wouldn't trust him. Everyone was talking about how washed up he was before last week. Plus anyone who plays PHI will have a good day - what a mess they are. That equals killing clock with the run. Start Morris.
Flex I go with Steve Jackson. The Jets defense is strong vs the pass, weak vs the run. If it's a standard format league, that's what I would do.
Good luck!
