Need help quick! Big pre-playoff trade. WHIR

A trade has been proposed to me, and I know I can do better. The #1 seed in my league offered SJax and DJax for Marshawn Lynch. Not gonna happen. While I do have Shady, Doug Martin, and DeMarco Murray, as well (2 RB and a FLEX), I like my RB depth. What I'm thinking about countering with is asking for Texans D/ST and Demaryius Thomas instead of DeSean, while also throwing in Stevie Johnson and the Cardinals D/ST. I do think SJax is healthy and has a decent schedule ahead of him (through Week 14), being that he smashed the 49ers with 29 carries (not sure he replicates that, but still promising against the #1 rush D). Standard scoring, no PPR. Playoffs start week 12 and championship is week 14. Thoughts?

If you could get Demayrius outta the deal I might do it seeing your RB depth. But starting Mccoy/martin/Lynch as a 3 headed monster isn't a bad option either. Unless you can get outta this deal giving up Lynch as the only real piece I wouldn't do it.
