Always Fitzgerald. Even though Skelton sucks, and Atlanta defense is good you gotta always play him.
I think I'd go with Dez Bryant vs. Cleveland for the 2nd WR. Cowboys are picking it up, and he's a more talented player than Hartline. Also, Tannehill isn't as good a QB as Romo.

I'd go Fitz and Dez here too, Hartline has been too inconsistent
