Week 11 Problem, Sit/Start (WHIR)

Postby SuhrMoney1 » Wed Nov 14, 2012 12:23 pm

I'm torn on who to start Week 11 at FLEX...

Options:
Brandon LaFell vs TB (31st vs WR)
Jonathan Dwyer vs BAL (22nd vs RB)
Chris Ivory @ OAK (31st vs RB)
Danario Alexander @ DEN (5th vs WR)

Current starters: M. Stafford (QB), D. Martin (RB), R. Mathews (RB), J. Jones (WR), M. Williams (WR), J. Graham (TE), C. Ivory (FLEX), Texans D/ST, C. Barth (K)

D. Alexander is probably the way to go. Dwyer isn't that good, and the matchup's tough. LaFell is good, but Cam Newton is playing terribly, no reason to think he'll stop that anytime soon. Chris Ivory would be an interesting matchup, but remember all of that fantasy value last week came from a single play. There are other RBs who'd get the ball before him.

I'd definitely start Ivory. Raiders are bad on D and I believe NO will be up by a couple TDs and run the ball.
Alexander isn't going to burn the Denver D like he did against Tampa.

That is where I'm standing right now too...After what I saw Muscle Hamster do to the Raiders D, I'm expecting the Saints to have a game plan to run the ball effectively and let Brees air it out to Graham and Colston. Both defenses are going to have their hands full.
