My Demaryius/Spiller for McCoy/Stevie? WHIR

10 team 0.5 PPR league. We start 2 RBs, 3 WRs, and 3 flex.

My team:
Here's my team:
QB - Vick, Freeman
RB - Ray Rice, Demarco Murray, CJ Spiller, Gore, LeShoure, Donald Brown, Stephens-Howling, Pearce
WR - Fitz, Steve Smith, Demaryius, Nate Washington
TE - Witten, Miller

His team:
QB - Newton
RB - McCoy, Woodhead, FJax, Dwyer, DeAngelo, Wells
WR - Marshall, Floyd, Stevie, Sanders, Bryant, Rice, Antonio Brown, Sanders
TE - Gonzales

He wants my Spiller and Demaryius Thomas for his LeSean McCoy and Stevie Johnson. I guess it comes down to whether the upgrade to McCoy is worth the downgrade to Johnson. I think I need more for Demaryius and Spiller but not sure what kind of counter offer to make.

I'm 4-6 but have the second highest points in the league by a pretty good margin. I should be doing better than I am. My league's trade deadline is this Friday. Thanks so much for any thoughts. Leave a link and I'll help you.

McCoy is going to get you a guaranteed 12+ ppg, but Johnson is all over the place. I wouldn't count on more than 4 or 5 ppg out of him going forward.

You're giving up 7 to 9 points out of Thomas (or more, if he gets hot) and 10 to 12 probably out of Spiller, although he can disappear at times.

Personally, I wouldn't make this trade. McCoy is a nice piece to have, but not at the expense of picking up a roller coaster WR like Johnson.

I agree with the analyses before. It seems like McCoiy is upgrade but I dont like the downgrade at WR. I would lean not to trade but it is close.

i might offer this trade instead: leshoure and steve smith for mccoy. in the other deal, i think you'd be giving up too much to get mccoy, who don't get me wrong, would be nice to have. i like spiller's potential a lot, and this week should be big for him. but when fred comes back, it will likely be more of the same with splitting time. i hope not, b/c i have spiller too. so, if the guy wants spiller, i'd do spiller and steve smith for mccoy and stevie. not sure he'd do that, but it's an idea.

I need a 3rd WR for this week so I offered Smith/Spiller for McCoy/Stevie. Doubt he'll do it but it's worth a try. Thanks so much for all the help!

He came back with McCoy/Dez Bryant or Malcolm Floyd for Demaryius/Spiller. Any thoughts on that?

I would hold off on this trade. Demaryius has an easy schedule and Spiller produces every week even with sharing time with fred jax in addition if fred jax is out Spiller becomes a top 5 RB

This guy really wants Spiller. Now he's offering McCoy and Stevie for Spiller/Steve Smith. Should I do this? I guess I think that Spiller is going to be great this week but then FJax will cut some into his production again. He plays tonight so I need to get back to this guy.Thanks for the help! Leave a link.
