Trade RANDALL COBB for ALFRED MORRIS?

I'm a little thin at RB this week in my PPR league. I've got DMC out, Chris johnson on bye, and Beanie Wells is a stash. This leaves me with Matt Forte and James Starks as my RBs. An owner in my league has Alfred Morris on his bench and he's desperate for a WR. I think he would trade Morris for my Cobb straight up.

My other receivers are Julio Jones, Victor Cruz (bye), Danny Amendola, Darrius Heyward-Bey, and Denario Alexander...we start 3. I'm in third place and in a very close race to make the playoffs. Do I make this trade or stand pat? I just feel the best is yet to come for Cobb.

I would do it if the other team would go for it. You have depth at WR and Jennings will be returning diminishing Cobbs value.

My fear is that Cobb will turn into Percy Harvin Lite down the stretch...but I need a running back.

If it's not a keeper league it doesn't matter what Cobb turns into in the future. I don't think between now and the end of the season he will give you anything more than he has given you considering Jennings may be back and Nelson will get healthy.

Plus who knows when DMC will be back and CJ has some tough matchups coming aside from the bye-week.

I would do the trade.

That is a tough call, but I would make the trade. Do you start 2 RB and 3 WR or is there a flex position? If there is a flex, its a no-brainer deal. Without a flex it is much closer since Matt Forte is an every week starter in a PPR, and rotating CJ and DMC is solid. But I am a big believer in Amendola, especially in a PPR, so Cobb is a luxury for you behind Jones, Cruz and Amendola. Tough with Morris in a PPR because he doesn't catch passes but he is still a solid RB2 for you. I'd do it if you trust Amendola as your WR3.
