Trade Julio Jones/G. Jennings for A. Johnson/V. Jackson?

in a 12 team PPR league and got this trade offer

I give Julio Jones and Greg Jennings

I get:
Andre johnson and Vincent Jackson

We start 5 position players (max 3 RB's) but no minimum (so you can start 5WR and 0 RB if you want)

RB: D. Martin, D. Woodhead, L. miller
WR: D. amendola, B. Marshall, Julio Jones, C. Shorts, J. kerley, D. Bess, A. Hawkins, Jacoby Jones

This is a 12 team auction league with a $110 cap... I have julio jones signed at $1.50 for this season and 2 more seasons

Vincent jackson is signed for $8 for this and 2 more seasons, Andre Johnson is signed at $18 for this and 1 more season.

should I do this deal? Or wait on Jennings to come back?

my trading deadline is tomorrow.. so i can't wait much longer on a movie. I agree I have tons of depth... but its sort of fustraiting having to pick between all these guys (I've been starting Amendola, Marshall, Jones, Shorts at WR and doug martin at RB) I'm just wondering if I help myself overall by adding jackin and andre johnson and losing jones (in which I'd probably sit Shorts)

i would upgrade RB

In a normal league I'd agree, but in this league since you can start 5WR and 0RB I've never seen the need to pay the high price for a running back....

Obviously running backs are more consistent, but the main ones I'd consider trading jones for (foster, McCoy, Rice) are all on teams that are in the thick of the playoff hunt, and although I've made offers, all my trades have been shot down for any of those guys.

any suggestions on who to go after as far as running backs if I shoot down this trade?

No way based on those salaries. You have Julio at a crazy discount for the next 3 years, while Vjax and AJ are much more pricier. That alone makes that deal unfavorable for you.
