i play 2 qb 4 wr 2rb 2 te 2 def ppr league 1 pts 10 rec yds all tds 6 pts ...Ok so a guy in my league is trying to upgrade his rec corp i need help with RB he wants Julio and is offering Lynch or Richardson or Spiller which one will have a better rest of the year and is worth the trade here is my team

I think that Lynch is the guy to get here. If you really need a win this week or something then it could be spiller, but for the rest of the season and playoffs Lynch is your man.

Safest bet is Lynch. Spiller is the riskiest. T-Rich is in between. haha. Lynch has a tough schedule, but he's shown he can handle tough D's and be productive. I'd go with him, then T-Rich, then Spiller in that order. But if you trade for Lynch, absolutely handcuff him with Robert Turbin ROS.
