In my 12 team ppr league i was offered ray rice and mike williams for ryan matthews and julio jones. i am so tempted to accept this offer but feel like I need to make a counteroffer. He also has doug martin and victor cruz. Should consider accepting this deal or make a counter?

I wouldn't mind you getting either Rice or Martin. if you're going to give up Julio(and I probably wouldn't), I'd try to nab Cruz instead of M-Will. If you're willing to go with M-Will, then offer Lloyd or Titus Young. I'd think about the possibility of going Colston+Mathews for Rice/Martin+M. Will, but I'd like to hear some other opinions on this. What other receivers does he have?

he does not really have any other good wr. His next best wr is antonio brown.

Okay. Personally, I'd be willing to offer Lloyd, Titus and Mathews for Rice/Martin and Cruz.

i don't think he accept this with the way how matthews has been terribly inconsistent all year

You are insane if you think you're getting 2 studs for 1 under performing RB2 and 2 mediocre receivers.
