I don't think either is a bad play here and it may only be a small point differential, but Palmer has shown big game potential lately. He has a great matchup at home vs. New Orleans this week, especially with Oakland's top 2 RBs out. Carolina is middle of the pack vs. the pass but it is a road game for Freeman and Tampa does have a much scarier running attack which they may lean on in Carolina. All that being said I have Freeman in the lineup right now. I'm 7-3 and playing the 2nd place team in my division so I'm looking at this as a crucial decision. Any help is appreciated.

personally i love palmer right now...i'm playin him over andrew luck this week....he is facing the absolute worst pass rush in the league...NO have given up soooo many yards to QB this year it's rediculous! thanks for the help with mine!

I can't see Oakland taking a huge lead w/o the pass and running the majority of the game. Leading or trailing, I think Palmer has a match made in heaven.

Believe it or not, Carolina has a pretty good defense. Freeman has been a stud as of late, but the matchup clearly points to Palmer.

I think either is a good play, don't lose sleep over it.

Thanks for mine. I'd go with Palmer, for two reasons: (1) he's looked great and this is a terrific matchup; (2) the odds of Oakland getting out to a big lead and running the ball are much much smaller than the odds of TB doing the same to Carolina. I can see a whole lot of the Doug Martin show happening in that game. Good luck!
