I would do this. You're giving up a rb that you're probably (shouldn't) are not playing, and marshal is much better option than bryant.

No question I'd make this deal!

Marshall is going to finish the year within the top 3 WRs.

You'll never start S Jax over your current RBs and Dez is mediocre and inconsistent

The only question mark is Cutler's health but he'll be back and you're looking for a solid playoff run

this is a no brainer
