I think this trade fits your needs pretty well, and having Witten behind Graham makes this deal more palatable.

In a keeper, I would rather have Williams than Smith, especially when I can save $$$.

If you aren't keeping either WR, then go with your gut. But I like the TB offense for the rest of the season, and CAR has stated they want to see more from their young WRs to evaluate for 2013, meaning Smith isn't getting much in garbage time.
