Adrian Peterson for CJ Spiller and Mathews WHIR

I have Peterson and am pretty screwed for this week. I have been offered Spiller and Mathews.
Its a PPR league. i am 2-6 right now and would need to win out to have even a shot at the playoffs.

I wouldn't trade AP for that. Look at maybe trading Dalton or Desean Jackson for a RB. Sidney Rice has been hot lately, and I just don't trust the Eagles offense. You don't need Dalton, and he has been playing well, so sell high on him. Drop GB defense. Who's on waivers for RB's? Any chance you could pick up Felix Jones, Marcel Reece or James Stark?

Can you throw in DJax or Rice and have him upgrade one of the rb's? If that's not possible, then you might have to go ahead with the trade, but I agree with the previous posts about possibly looking elsewhere. HOWEVER, if I was you and this league is a keeper league, I would take my lumps and hold onto Peterson.

I wouldn't give up AP for just Spiller and Matthews. You may be better off this week (more than a zero) but you're putting yourself at a disadvantage for future weeks. I get that you need to win this game but there's got to be something on the WW that can get you better than zero so you can hold on to Peterson. The guy is a beast.
