Yeah I think you have to do it.

I am really big on Lynch but getting Rice in return doesn't really hurt that much.

Marshal is a huge upgrade over Dez, but I think Marshal's value may go down with Cutler's injury.

Still, take the deal

I don't think this is a no brainer by any means, but i would make the trade. Marshall's value takes a hit for however long Cutler is out. And Rice's has been underperforming recently. That being said, think the upside for both of them is higher, and i'd rather have them.
