Lynch/Charles for Rice/Jordy

Today is my trade deadline in a 16 team league where RB's are at a premium and I'm severely lacking at RB2. The other team is severely lacking at WR, which I have a surplus of. Here is a proposed deal:

I trade:

Ray Rice
Jordy Nelson
Heath Miller
Rashad Jennings

I get:

Marshawn Lynch
Jamaal Charles
Donald Brown
Ryan Broyles (or any other toss-in WR)

I am #1 in the league and clinched a playoff spot, so I can eat the bye for Lynch but also want to get in position for the playoffs (don't want to start Jennings or Joique Bell at RB2)

Current team:

QB- Rivers
RB- Rice
RB- Jennings/Joique Bell
WR- Jordy
WR- Roddy
TE- Gonzalez
Flex- Vince Jackson/Randall Cobb

Any thoughts??

If the other owner is also slated to go to the playoffs I don't see him accepting this deal giving up 2 starting RB's along with a #3-#4 RB best suited for flex duty when healthy. Giving up Rice is risky for you and tempting to the other owner (if this is a keeper league) so I would suggest proposing another offer without giving up your #1 insurance at the RB position.

I think the trade gives you the best chance to win- I hate to give up Rice, but his value has dipped as Flacco's accuracy is awful this year, and the Ravens haven't been sustaining enough drives.

Thanks for the feedback...I ended up flipping Rice & Jordy for Lynch & Charles.

Also flipped Heath Miller (dead weight with Gonzo on the roster) for Russell Wilson (could be a good fill in with tough Rivers match ups).
