Big trade offer....would you do this if you were me???

Postby joeyemma » Fri Nov 16, 2012 10:29 am

10 team redraft....NO PPR...4 for passing td's....6 for all other td's...1 for 20 passing...1 for 10 rush/rec TE's are WR's
we start...1 qb 2 rb 2 wr/te 1 flex k d

Roster:

Brady/Luck

AP/ McCoy / Mathews

AJ Green/Welker/AHernandez/Dez/Hartline/ DAlexander

I can trade Brady and Mathews and AJ Green to get...

Cam and Charles and Calvin

I hate giving up Brady....but I will roll with Luck. There is no other qb market in my league so I either do this...or roll with Brady and have Luck ride the bench.

Would you make this trade if you were me?

My lineup will be Luck (or Cam) AP McCoy Charles Calvin Welker

I am tempted to do it. Thoughts?????

Thanks

I dont, especially if you arent giving up a QB you are going to use. Then essentially the trade is Brady, Mathews and Green for Charles and Calvin

Green > Calvin right now if you ask me and Brady + Mathews is worth more in your lineup than chaarles.

I would stick with Brady for now.

You would be at the mercy of deciding which 1st yr-2nd yr QB to start for you the remainder of the season, which makes it very risky if you are going to the playoffs. The upgrade at WR and RB depth are good for you but without good QB play on a weekly basis the overall upgrades at the other starting positions will be for naught. Your current depth is good for now without giving up Brady.
