If Mathews is out...

Postby TheBeaker » Fri Nov 16, 2012 11:38 am

And i need a RB because I currently have a WR at my flex...

10 team standard scoring (not the team in my sig) start 1QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1TE, 1 RB/WR flex, K, Def

Do I pick up:

Woodhead, Peirre thomas, Jackie Battle or LaRod.

My problem is i have MJD out, Harvin on a bye, Mendenhall is a bandaid.

Heck i may have to do 2 WW pick ups as i already picked up Heyward Bey to fill in and hes looing hurt... Injuries are killing me here. Im 5-5 and going up against another 5-5 guy so need a win desperately here.

Hell, here it is:
QB: Peyton
RB: Rice, Mathews(iffy), MJD(out), Mendenhall(who the heck knows)
WR: Harvin(bye), Colston, Amendola(iffy), Mike Williams, Heyward-Bey(iffy to go)
TE: Owen Daniels (man i hope he can go)
K: Tucker
Def: SF, Falcons (can drop falcons if necessary of course)
My Main League
10 Team Standard Score League:
QB: Roethlisberger, Freeman
RB: R Rice, L McCoy, R Mathews, A Bradshaw, D Sproles, B Brown
WR: R White, V Jackson, W Welker, S Smith
TE: J Graham,
K: S Gostkowski
DEF: Seattle (this week)

Mathews hurt again?? 8-o I'm shocked. :-°

If a PPR league I like Woodhead but still a longshot that he can produce as in the past few weeks. LaRod may be worth a pickup only because he is starting but has a tough matchup this week. Tough choice with the options given. I'd say safe play - Woodhead . . . . . . risk play - Battle. :-o

I think that I would go with LaRod here, he is starting and will hopefuly get some good touches. None of the options are really that attractive, but he has a chance at having a good game.

help me out?

I just got a report that mendenhall WILL start... no ideal but i think that helps my situation. I put mendenhall at RB2 and Mathews at flex and sunday morning decide whether to start Mathews, Heyward Bey, or LaRod in that spot.
