Dez + a 10th rounder for Turner and a 5th WHIR

Postby CKY_ROX » Fri Nov 16, 2012 11:51 am

This is a keep 4 PPR league.
I have too many WRs and with reggie looking brutal I am looking to improve. I am also getting a 5th rounder (which is like a 9th rounder) I am giving up Dez.

QB Peyton Manning(Den - QB)
WR Mike Wallace(Pit - WR)
WR Wes Welker(NE - WR)
RB Reggie Bush(Mia - RB)
RB Shonn Greene(NYJ - RB)
TE Vernon Davis(SF - TE)
W/T Marques Colston(NO - WR)
BN Mark Ingram (NO - RB)
BN Marshawn Lynch (Sea - RB)
BN Dez Bryant(Dal - WR)
BN Brent Celek(Phi - TE)
BN Christian Ponder(Min - QB)
BNLaRod Stephens-Howling(Ari - RB)
BN Chris Ivory(NO - RB)
K David Akers(SF - K)
DEF St. Louis(StL - DEF)
BN Seattle(Sea - DEF)

I probably do it, Giving up a bench spot to get someone you are likely going to use more often plus the pick helps. What's your situation this year in terms of playoffs? and his?

I would do this trade for the upgrade in draft position only (10th for a 5th). You have the WR depth to do this trade and the possibility that the Falcons decide to run the ball more in the coming weeks makes Turner a low risk/high reward player worth starting in your lineup.

I think it's reasonable given your needs. Dez simply isn't going to make it into your starting lineup and the upgrade in draft pick is great. Thanks for the help on mine.
When in doubt, punt!

I would do this deffinitely. If your not gonna be starting Dez, you might as well move him and get the 5th rounder over your 10th

Thanks for the help!!

Id do it for the purpose that dez wont see the starting line up unless you get an injury plague to your wr's. Turner will be a good flex spot. Plus you get the upgrade in draft
