Have Rivers... upgrade to Freeman or Palmer? WHIR

I had nice tandem of QB's to play matchups with Big Ben and Rivers. Now with Ben out for AT LEAST 3 weeks, and maybe for the season... should i target Freeman or Palmer? Are they both upgrades for the rest of the season?

I could maybe get Freeman in exachange for Greg Olsen. In which case i could still play matchups with Rivers and Freeman.

Getting Palmer would mean trading Rivers and another asset (maybe Peyton Hillis, or Michael Bush).. and relying on Palmer the rest of the way.


Please advise what i should do. Leave link for yours. WHIR for sure!!!

I don't know what to make of Rivers right now either, but I wish I had your problem (see my thread). I would definitely pull the trigger and may even go as far as to drop Big Ben AND Rivers to pick up Freeman and Palmer. But as to your question, I think I'd choose Palmer over Freeman, and I would take either over Rivers right now. I love Palmer's matchup this week and see 300+ yards coming plus 2-3 TDs.

Please help with mine if you have a chance!

I think Palmer is underated. With those 2 under fold, you can play the matchups. If you can pull off both deals, I would do both. If you have to choose, go with Freeman.

I like Palmer for as long as McFadden is out. Then he's back as an avg fantasy QB. Freeman's production will be spotty as well because of their monster run game.
