Start DENVER vs SD or CINCI vs KC? WHIR !!!!

PLEASE ANSWER FOR BOTH LEAGUES.
I have these two defenses in two leagues. One league give points for return td's. The second does not.
Both teams play opponents at home. Denver is the better D with a decent matchup. Cinci is an average D with just about the best match up you could ask for.

But I'm torn. Help me out.

I'd go with Cinci. KC is so horrible, I wouldn't be able to resist not starting a D against them.

Denver does have a solid D, but I think SD's offense is starting to get better now with the emergence of Alexander last week.

Cincy vs. KC. An offensive juggernaut that is the Giants got crushed by their defense last week. KC is just plain awful, so they'll most likely shut them down. Turnovers by Rivers and fumbles by Mathews are tempting, but I'd still go with cincy due to the better matchup.

I would go with Denver. They are on fire for the past several weeks and they are at home against a turn over prone SD. Cindy has a good match up, but what have they really done defensively? Denver is leading in sacks and have 4 defensive TD's in the past several weeks. Start Denver.

What CIN has done on DEF:

- one of only 11 teams that's returned a kick for a TD
- 5th most fumble takeaways
- 7 interceptions in 9 games
- 2nd in sacks with 28

Start CIN. They may not hold KC's score down, but KC does a good enough job of that on their own.
