Again, not close. Go with Palmer who has been outstanding since Raiders are always playing from behind. Something Romo and Cowboys won't be doing vs Browns. I actually for ONE second was debating Palmer or Rodgers this week :-)

Another vote for Palmer, and it's not close. The Raiders throw the hell out of the ball, and you could even argue that Palmer has better weapons. Also, he's not Tony Romo.
