Vick Ballard (@ NE) or Jonathan Stewart (vs. TB)?

there's an absurd rule in our league that all lineups need to be in by 1PM ET. so if I play my preferred choice, Ryan Mathews, and he ends up not starting, I'm screwed. first off, what do you think the chances are of Mathews playing?

secondly, if you think I should not risk playing Mathews, who is the better alternative: Vick Ballard (@ NE) or Jonathan Stewart (vs. TB)?
