Right now I have Cecil Shorts in at my Flex Position but was wondering if a player on list below is worth starting over him or even someone from my bench?

K A.Henry @ WAS
Bench:

M.Schaub vs JAC
Stephens-Howling, LaRod @ ATL

Starks, James RB GB @ DET
Streater, Rod WR OAK vs NO
Douglas, Harry WR ATL vs ARI
LaRod Stephens-Howling! Hands-down he is THE best option for you at flex this week. Better than Cecil or any other person on this list. The Cards will need to run against ATL's #20 ranked run defense. Wells isn't back yet, and LaRod has proven he's a viable weapon. In standard formats I'd project Howling for 9-11 points. I don't feel comfortable projecting any of the others - including Shorts - for that much. I know this goes against what others are saying, but I stand by it. Get value from him while there's still value to be gotten.
Good luck.
