I'd actually go with ATL
They aren't great against the run (#25), but what team is going to run against ATL when they are losing? Also, ARI's O-line is horrendous; their run game has struggled to find viable holes all year. LaRod will have a halfway decent game (80 yards, MAYBE a score), but it won't make that much of a difference. The game will need to be won through the air, which is why ATL will kill ARI today. I think that also makes a scenario ripe for some ARI turnovers.
CIN is #20 against the run. Enter Jamaal Charles. Look out: Charles will be in charge.
We know that ARI will need to pass in order to try and win this game (they'll lose), and ATL is #18 against the pass. But the ARI passing game is so bad, all you do is game-plan for Fitz and you're good to go (sadly for Larry - the guy's awesome).
CIN's pass D won't be an issue, because KC sucks.
Anyways, I go with ATL because of the turnover potential, and because CIN will have their hands full with Jamaal all day. Good luck.
