Mendenhall or Sanders- WHIR

I am trying to decide between Rashard Mendenhall and Emmanuel Sanders tonight against Baltimore. I play in a 16 team PPR league.

Mike Tomlin says Mendenhall will start but that they'll use "all the backs". With Leftwich at QB, it's hard to guess how many targets Sanders will get. I'm hurt hard with byes this week, so I have to go with one of these guys. Which one would you play?
