Josh Freeman > Eli Manning > Andy Dalton.

Freeman's been on fire lately, and Manning has been slumping. Also, Falcons D has been getting sloppier and sloppier, whereas Packers D has been getting stronger.

It's definitely Andy Dalton. He's been very reliable, AJ Green is unguardable, and the Raiders secondary is laughable. Start Dalton with confidence.
