Which RB is a better start in a PPR league?

I'd go with Reece. He is likely to receive more targets and in a PPR league that will be huge, not to mention he shined even when the Raiders struggled against the Saints

I'd say it's a tossup between Reece and Hillman. I wouldn't touch Felix.

Please include a reasoning.

Jones is nursing an injury. He has proven catch skills before, but he doesn't seem to be receiving many in murray's absence. Hillman will be doing running, not catching. Peyton has many better options. The raiders are throwing more and better. I'd go with Reece like everyone else.
