I think you got things right with qb, rb and te. Question for you though. Is Danario Alexander on your WW? If so I would grab him, drop Amendola and start Alexander alongside Cobb. Alexander has got a real rapport going with Rivers in San Diego and he is actually producing here and now as opposed to Cruz and Colston. If you have to choose between Cruz and Colston though I would say Colston because the Giants have been in a real funk and I can't trust any of the Giants right now until they snap out of it.
Definitely start Spiller over Jamaal Charles. Spiller is averaging, like, 5 yards a carry or something absurd. And for WR, you're right Cobb is a lock, but gotta go with Colston over Victor Cruz, mainly because Drew Brees is playing much better than Eli Manning is, and he'll get Colston the ball more. Although this other guy is right about Danario.

Who would you start out of Cruz, Colston, Wallace and Cobb.
I think Cobb is a lock, but going back and forth between Cruz and Colston, with Wallace a distant third.
Also, any compelling reason to start Charles over Spiller?
Cobb is an auto start at this point. Then I would go with Cruz and Colston. Cruz is a threat from anywhere on the field, and dropped a TD week 10. Colston is a consistent redzone target and the #2 behind Graham. Wallace I can't trust with Batch at QB and Amendola loses value in a non ppr format.
I think you have to go cobb and cruz. Cobb has been on a tear, and until he slows down you gotta keep him rolling. As for cruz, the guy is a stud, don't let a few bad plays change your mind. If he catches that 40 yard td 2 weeks ago you aren't even considering this. Cruz should have a little easier time this week with hakeem nicks saying this is the healthiest hes been since week 2. That can only help. The giants are going to have to throw it and throw it for big plays to win this week. Go cruz and cobb. Help me please
