Punt returners are so stupid these days. The Redskin just caught a punt on his 2 and back peddled into the end zone. Returned it to the 5.

It used to be they were supposed to stand on the ten and I they had to take one step backward then they weren't supposed to catch it.

Too many punters screw this up this year. It is weird.
