I have 2 spots to fill. I have green Ellis, hillman, parmalee, and Bryce brown. Is it crazy to start 2 of those guys over Charles? Quinn is starting so I'm sure they'll be losing quickly.

I would start Green-Ellis and Charles. Charles can have a good day with one run so I don't think any of your other option supersede his potential.
