Who to start at RB? WR?

My league plays only 1 RB and I have CJ, marshawn lynch, cj spiller, and frank gore. I'm leaning CJ against the jags. Any thoughts?

3 wide outs; dez Bryant, Wes welker, Marques colston, Aj green, and Erik decker.

1 rb!?! Thats dumb. Id go cj also. For wr go with aj welker and dez. Dez is on fire right now and no gronk means that welker will work the middle even more
