Who to start in my FLEX and TE spots

I need opions on who to start week 12 in my flex position. (This is a PPR league). These are my options...
Amendola
James Jones
Mikel Leshoure
I also might pick up Jalen Parmele in free agency but cant decide if I would start him...

Also I cant decide which tight end to start between Dustin Keller and Brett Meyers.
