D/ST question

Houston has one of the best defenses and has good to me all year, but last week really killed me. Should I consider picking up Arizona for this week, who's playing against the Rams or stick with Houston against Detroit?

I usually stay with the old cliches, dance with the girl you brought to the dance, dance change horses in the middle of the stream, etc. Having said that, my D/ST is going against NOS this week and I am looking for a safer pick. I think the Rams D/ST is a better play in that game as well. CArolina might be good and also Cleveland.
