Drop Hartline for Blackmon?

Pretty straight forward. Hartline hasn't given anything spectacular but Miami's schedule is pretty favorable going forward. I think Blackmon will start to do well with Henne, though I realize a repeat of last Sunday is unlikely.

Gimme Henne over Tannehill. Hence Blackmon over Hartline. Better schedule for the Jags too.
