Line Up Dilemma! please help quick!

im going to leave off the positions that I dont need help with.
My current Line up:
RB: Matt Forte
RB: Stevan Ridley
WR: Julio Jones
WR: Dez Bryant
Flex: Fred Jackson

Im not sure if Freddy is a good play beings he is fresh off a concussion. Who should I start at Flex?

Hakeem Nicks
Mike Wallace

I would go Nicks. But Parmele is not a bad option either.
