RG3 Trade advice

Need some advice on what to do with a potential trade. There is a team in my league (std scoring non-ppr) that has Aaron Rodgers, RG3 and Andrew Luck. He is out odf the playoff hunt but wants to be a spoiler. I am in 2nd place.

My Team:
QB: RYAN, FITZ
RB: A, MORRIS, C.J. Spiller, Leshoure, McCoy, D, Murray
WR: Decker, D, Thomas, Julio Jones, Percy Harvin, Steve Johnson

He is interested in trading Luck or RG3 for a top WR OR RB (he is weak at both positions), what would you offer him ?

I was thinking of offering him C.J. SPILLER and Steve Johnson for RG3 or Luck ? what do you think and do I need to do this with having Ryan ?

Don't see a need for a QB trade at all. Matt Ryan doesn't face a tough defense for the rest of the season, when would you sit him?

Do you think he'd take McCoy? That would be my choice.
