Who should I start FLEX?

I'm torn on who to start in my FLEX spot this week, Danario Alexander is projected for 12 and Jermaine Gresham is projected for 11. Alexander has been on fire in the last couple of weeks putting up 20+ each of the last two weeks, and Gresham is a favorable matchup against the Raiders considering they've given up 25 to opposing tight ends the last two weeks. Who would you start?
